HRH Prince Philippe, Duke of Brabant, Prince of Belgium visited SABIC headquarters in Riyadh on Oct. 25. His delegation included a/o the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Michel Lastchenko, the Ambassador of Belgium to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a selection of Belgian businessmen.
The delegation was received by Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thenayan Al Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Chairman of SABIC; and Mohamed Al-Mady, SABIC Vice Chairman and CEO and SABIC's senior officials.
On eve of the visit, Prince Saud welcomed the guests in a speech and said that this visit reflects the excellent state of Saudi Arabia's political and economic relations with Belgium. It is an occasion which offers the opportunity to strengthen even further the commercial and cultural ties between SABIC and the Belgium economic sectors.
During the visit, some Belgian companies were introduced to Prince Saud who are already active in the Kingdom. AppliTek has been featured a/o Belgian companies in this slideshow given by the FEB Chairman Mr. Thomas Leysen, as a partner of SABIC.
