AppliTek CEO to attend Princely Trade Mission to Saudi Arabia, presided by HRH Prince Philippe

Our President & CEO David Laurier will be attending the Royal Mission to Saudi Arabia in November 2009. During this one week journey the cities of Jeddah, Riyadh & Al Jubail will be visited.

AppliTek has several projects in Saudi Arabia under implementation, for customers like SABIC, in cooperation with AppliTek partner in Saudi Arabia, the Issam Al Kabbani Group.

During a signing ceremony in the Eastern Province (Dammam) on Oct. 27, 2009, AppliTek and the IKK Group will announce their further plans to strengthen their relationship on an technological & peripheral basis. The event is to be held in a private residence in Dammam, in Presence of highly placed local officials, and HRH Crown-Prince Philippe of Belgium.

AppliTek has recently commissioned for Marafiq approx. 10 complete wastewater monitoring stations that continuously measure the wastewater outlets of the chemical industries into the sewer system in Al Jubail.

Mr. Laurier has given a presentation on doing business in Saudi Arabia during the official briefing of the Mission on Oct. 16, 2009 in Brussels, Belgium.
