AppliTek introduces new TOC analyzer

AppliTek has developed a TOC True on-line analyzer for those applications where volatile hydrocarbons are present in the sample. These volatile hydrocarbons would normally be lost in the inorganic carbon sparging step as used in all conventional TOC analyzers.
AppliTek's newest TOC analyzer features the TOC True mode.
The TOC True method measures both TC (Total Carbon) and TIC (Total Inorganic Carbon) for a full analysis of the total organics in the sample, including the Purgeable (POC) and Volatile Organic Carbon (VOC). By subtracting the TIC (Total Inorganic Carbon) from the Total Carbon in the sample, ALL organic carbon compounds can be determined.
