AppliTek has received a substantial project-order to design and supply a specific analyzer system for an existing chlor-alkali manufacturer in Japan. AppliTek will also be responsible of concept engineering as well as the commissioning of the whole system.

AppliTek is selected for its extensive know-how and experience in the design of monitoring solutions for chlorine, ethylene dichloride (EDC) and vinyl chloride (VC) production plants. With AppliTek technology implemented, customers can effectively benefit from enhanced operations and safety, which are crucial elements to the Responsible Care charter of the global chemical industry. The monitoring system is planned to be up and running in Q2/2011.

With another Japanese contract awarded, AppliTek is becoming a top player for specialized analytical solutions for the Japanese inorganic chemical industry. Meanwhile the increasing number of references in the Far-East using AppliTek's innovative monitoring technology will likely set new standards in the chemical business of these regions.

Thank you Japan!
