This analyzer system has proven to be able to measure all soft drinks and juices, including all types of diets and juices with particles. Fast results with unmatched sensitivity on parameters such as Brix and Diet are reported, logged and displayed for instant process control. The results are: less off-spec product and fast calamity feedback, with minimal supervision and minimal maintenance.
The system can be equipped with automatic feedback control to the mixing unit.

System configuration:
- Highly sensitive and precise process refractometer with patented optics
- A fast and accurate transducer for the analysis of dissolved CO2
- Soft drink sampling system
- Data processing unit including PC, data acquisition system and Windows software
- Control functions (alarms, feedback control, Statistical (SPC)-functions, filling data logging)
