Purpose Avoid off-spec product quality in polymer powder
The EZ-PowderScan® is a unique analyzer system based on a field-proven technology for the on-line measurement of black specks, defects and contaminants in polymer powder. The image of the bulk material is evaluated by high-performance optical scanning according to contamination, false colors or foreign bodies. Their characteristics can be detected precisely and detailed with the help of dedicated software. Irregularities are sorted into class sizes which are user definable.
