EcoWatch®
Monitoring Station
The EcoWatch® monitoring station is a turnkey solution for addressing the needs of customers wishing to monitor a complex set of parameters on water bodies or streams, in a single integrated stand-alone system. EcoWatch® is fully custom designed in function of the site, the parameters and any specific application-oriented need.
As an established system integrator, AppliTek has the necessary know-how, experience and organization to tackle this challenging task. Operational conditions of the internal analyzer equipment are guaranteed by a proper protection. The monitoring station operates virtually independently and no installation space whatsoever has to be provided inside a building.

AnaShell® protective analyzer shelter
The packaged AnaShell® shelter includes the supply of analyzers, sampling, power distribution and communication. All equipment inside/outside the shelter is installed, connected, tested and ready for start-up. The system is intended for installation in a general purpose zone.
Air conditioner UL Listed for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D hazardous locations. Ventilation: the station is forced ventilated from outside to inside by electrical motor driven fans.
Integrated on-line analyzers
Chemical parameters / Water quality indices: (non exhaustive list)
Sum parameters (BOD, TOC, COD, TN, TP), toxicity, nutrients (nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, ammonia), sulfate, cyanide, chromium, iron...
Heavy metals: zinc, cadmium, copper, mercury, cyanide, cobalt...

Sampling system & sample preconditioning
Sample preconditioning is necessary to bring the sample in the ideal state for on-line analysis to guarantee an up-time of typically > 98%. For this purpose AppliTek designs high quality self-cleaning filtration systems. Please check the detailed section on this:

Fast Loop Pump / PVC-C fast loop with manual bypass and run-dry protection.
Utilities
Utilities design is strictly depending on analysis application and plant availability. Packages are engineered according to the following guidelines:
- Instrument air header with coalescing filter
- Demi water header and pressure reducer
- Rinsing water header and pressure reducer
- Each utility take-off provided with an isolating valve
- Atmospheric vent header with pipe extension above rooftop
- Atmospheric drain header
Power distribution system
The power distribution panel is installed inside the AnaShell® protective shelter (230 VAC, 120 VAC) All equipment is powered from the local power distribution panel. The AnaShell® protective shelter is provided with an overall hardwired station failure alarm contact.
Data communication
Easy data and program transfer by means of intelligent data logger. Telephone modem.
