In addition to its qualities as a manufacturer of analyzer equipment, AppliTek plays also a role as a technical consultant for process industries. This can include analyzer projects in progress, plant revamps or new installations, from concept to completion where turnkey solutions can be designed, developed and commissioned.
Our technical experts have the necessary skills and hands-on experience to evaluate the situation and specific needs, either for environmental compliance, safety issues or quality control. Our proposals can also take into account whether analyzer equipment has to be implemented into an existing control system or DCS.
To provide you with the best advice, a visit of the production site is in most of the cases necessary and enables us to give correct recommendations. Existing analysis data, either on-line or laboratory may be required as a reference or optimization.
HAZOP studies

AppliTek can carry out a Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study * of your chlor-alkali production process. A HAZOP is a structured and systematic examination of a planned or existing process or operation in order to identify and evaluate problems that may represent risks to personnel or equipment, or prevent efficient operation.
