Sample preconditioning

An on-line analyzer can only perform as good as the precondition system delivers sample for measurement. Many applications require sample preconditioning in order to present a suitable sample to the analyzer. If yours does, we can prepare or condition the sample before the measurement takes place. Maintenance-free operation is crucial in the design of these.

Filtration

Application: water

ModuSize®  50 µm - 100 µm - 200 µm - 2mm self-cleaning high flow filtration system with automatic blowback, stainless steel filter element, static pressure regulator

The following fast-loop systems are designed for insertion in a non-filtered pipe section or a container and shall be supplied with a separate sample pump unit:

EZ-Size®  50 µm - 100 µm - 200 µm - 2mm self-cleaning filtration system with automatic blowback

UltraSize®  0.4 µm self-cleaning filtration system with automatic blowback, fiber type

MicroSize®  0.25 µm self-cleaning filtration system with automatic blowback, membrane type

 

Dilution / Settling

Application: all liquids

Specific applications: anaerobic digester, saturated brine

EZ-Dilute®  dilution and/or settler system, can be combined with 50 µm - 100 µm - 200 µm - 2mm stainless steel element, flow meter for dilution check, automatic cleaning
